Direct Metal Printing (DMP)

Direct Metal Printing uses a laser to melt a metallic powder layer by layer to form the desired part. Each layer is very thin, as low as 30 microns, meaning the bond between each layer is very strong.

Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM)

Fused Deposition Modelling uses a spool of plastic which is extruded onto the build plate layer by layer to build the desired part. Parts are built up with a support material that is dissolved after printing.

Multijet Printing (MJP)

Multijet Printing uses a liquid resin deposited onto the print bed through an array of tiny nozzles. Each nozzle ejects a miniscule amount of resin or wax support, allowing for extremely accurate prints.

Stereolithography (SLA)

Stereolithography 3D printing uses a UV laser to cure a liquid resin to form solid parts. SLA 3D printing achieves a very high surface finish without the need for post processing.

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)

Selective Laser Sintering uses a laser to sinter a plastic powder layer by layer to build the desired part. SLS 3D printing does not require support material as the parts are held in place by the powder bed. This allows for complex geometries and interlocking parts to be produced easily.
